How verification works
Trust is a process, not a promise
Every request for help travels the same route, and every step is recorded in an audit trail that ordinary administrators cannot edit.

A need is submitted
A registered user submits a request for help with location, category, amount required and supporting evidence.

Our team investigates
Trained staff and volunteers review documents, request further information and submit an investigation report.

The case is verified
Only an authorised administrator grants final verification. Unverified needs never become publicly fundable.

Funds are accounted for
Confirmed donations are recorded in our ledger with fees, management fee and net allocation kept separate.

We do not take a percentage cut of donations. Payment processing and transfer charges are recorded separately, so the gross donation, every deduction and the net amount allocated to the campaign are all preserved.
